To showcase the new spaces of Grenke’s headquarters in the heart of Milan and strengthen the company’s presence in the Italian market, we developed a B2B event dedicated to a selection of Business Partners. The first networking event aimed to consolidate the relational aspect, which is fundamental to the company. The guests were taken on a journey to discover the new office spaces, where they experienced an immersive and hi-tech EXPERIENCE and a live performance by the doodle artist FRA!, a site-specific installation that becomes a permanent memory of the event. The journey culminated in a culinary experience thanks to the presence of Frau Knam, who shared her professional growth through food.

When Disney and Pixar launched the live-action movie “ LightYear” in June 2022, Aspen and Partners was called to designed and organized the Italian premiere of the Walt Disney Animation Studios film at the Space Cinema Odeon in Milan. The futuristic atmosphere of Buzz Lightyear
trip inspired a creative, high-impact display corners that took the guests on a mesmerizing journey towards the screening room. A spectacular laser show that reproduced a starry sky on the notes of David Bowie “ Starman” song awaited the guests before
the beginning of the film. Numerous VIPs and celebrities appeared on the red carpet, including the main voice actors Alberto Malanchino, Linda Raimondo, Ludovico Tersigni a high-profile VIP screening experience.

When the “hammer” of football meets the God of Thunder of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. An epic short movie powered by Aspen and Partners to built buzz around the launch of the new Marvel Studios movie “Thor: Love and thunder”. The soccer player Sandro Tonali is the protagonist of the digital promotional video dedicated to the new chapter of the adventures of the God of Thunder, once again played by Chris Hemsworth. The player, called “the hammer” during the championship for his perseverance and strength on the pitch, rode the nickname always accompanying his social media posts with the hammer emoji, making it a recognizable symbol.

Aspen & Partners organized and managed an exclusive evening to launch the 11th and final season of The Walking Dead TV drama, airing on Disney+. Guests were greeted at the Spirit de Milan, reimagined with an immersive, ultra-Instagrammable setting inspired by the iconic atmospheres of the series, including special effects and laser lights. Fresh from the Venice Film Festival, The Walking Dead zombies invaded the venue while Merk & Kremont’s live DJ set entertained guests during the cocktail party.

To celebrate the theatrical release of “Fantastic Beasts – Dumbledore’s Secrets”, the new Wizarding World adventure created by J.K. Rowling, an evocative and unique video mapping show was organized on the facade of Castel Sant’Angelo in Rome. The show of lights, images and music commissioned by Warner Bros Italia was conceived, produced and created by Aspen & Partners. Over 4,000 square meters of video projections, 8 latest generation video projectors and 110 radio-controlled dynamic lights have recreated the magical vibrations of the film.

Along with the spectacular architectural mapping created as a teaser for the release of Encanto, Aspen & Partners also designed and organized the Italian premiere of the Walt Disney Animation Studios film at the Space Cinema Odeon in Milan. The magical atmosphere of Casita Madrigal inspired a creative, high-impact display, bursting with lush flowers, colorful butterflies and typical culinary flavors from Colombian culture. Numerous VIPs and celebrities appeared on the red carpet, including the main voice actors Luca Zingaretti, Diana Del Bufalo and Alvaro Soler, who not only interpreted Camilo’s voice but also one of the songs on the soundtrack of the Italian version of the film.
