Aspen & Partners organized and managed an exclusive evening to launch the 11th and final season of The Walking Dead TV drama, airing on Disney+. Guests were greeted at the Spirit de Milan, reimagined with an immersive, ultra-Instagrammable setting inspired by the iconic atmospheres of the series, including special effects and laser lights. Fresh from the Venice Film Festival, The Walking Dead zombies invaded the venue while Merk & Kremont’s live DJ set entertained guests during the cocktail party.

To celebrate the 20th anniversary of the film’s release, and in anticipation of the eponymous TV series on Disney+, director Ferzan Özpetek joined some of the actors from the original film and the new cast for an exclusive party aboard the Campari Boat-In in Venice, during the 78th edition of the International Film Festival. Aspen supported Disney+’s PR team with filming the evening and communicating content to promote the series airing on the streaming platform.

Two pairs of zombies moved through the alleys and canals of the Serenissima touching all the hot spots of the 78th edition of the Festival to become the stars of an extraordinary Instagram viral marketing hype and press coverage.

On August 31, 2021, Aspen & Partners organized and managed the national premiere of the film “Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings”, with an exclusive preview at The Space Cinema Milano Odeon. A host of VIP guests and digital stars walked down the red carpet, while the screening was preceded by an immersive journey with experiential corners and sets inspired by the film’s urban-fantasy atmosphere. Prominent guests included Olympic champion Yuri Chechi and the Urban Theory dance group, which, after its success on Italia’s Got Talent, performed a live dance choreographed especially for the event.

In synergy with the Retail and E-Commerce division, our team supports the company in the creation of communication tools and visual content, developing the creativity of promotional campaigns, as well as the design, the artistic direction of the materials destined for the network of approximately 400 points of sale.

Since May 2021 Aspen has been a partner of Arcaplanet, a leading chain in the distribution of pet products in Italy. Working in synergy with the Trade and Retail Division, our team is responsible for designing key tools to promote and position Xiaomi products according to in-store sales strategies. The assignment includes the design, art direction and creation of point-of-sale materials, as well as thematic window displays.

Since 2012, we have been supporting Nespresso in the daily production of creative and corporate visions and communication tools. Working in close synergy with the marketing and trade divisions, as well as with the B2B Nespresso Professional Business Unit, Aspen has built up a permanent collaboration on multiple levels, from product promotion and positioning to strategic sales operations, from the activation of customer loyalty and retention programs to digital marketing.
In the last year, this synergy has been further strengthened with our ongoing support to the company’s internal communication division, for which we oversee the image development of in-house communications with a constant focus on the brand’s key values.

Pride, unity and inclusion inspired the corporate project implemented by Aspen for Nespresso Italia. The creation of a special object, conceived as a surprising year-end gift for all the company’s in-house collaborators, customized with an exclusive illustration by doodle artist Fradesign. An object to celebrate the talent of each individual as a key factor in the success of the whole team during one of the most difficult years ever. The Nespresso Christmas Box contained an articulated and engaging experience combining different but complementary contents for a multi-experiential moment for growth, discovery, celebration and sharing. The final surprise? When emptied and recycled, the box becomes a coffee table, a stool or a storage element for magazines.

The new communication campaign entitled “The Choice We Make” launched by Nespresso to narrate the responsible actions taken by the company for people and the environment. A core concept that also included Aspen’s contribution for the design of the recruitment booths dedicated to product tasting and sales. At the heart of it all, the vision of a consumer experience lived in a comprehensive, open and user-friendly environment, to be staged both in national and international malls, created by our team through constant and meticulous coordination with Nespresso’s head office. A tailor-made format with modular and flexible elements, to be adapted to any type of space, using sustainable materials, soft shapes and colors inspired by nature and directly connected with the image of Nespresso’s monobrand stores.

A special video that invite clients to discover the secrets of the Nespresso Grand Cru, with a guided tour of the boutique exclusively dedicated to the members of the Nespresso Club. Aspen envisioned a unique narrative in motion, from the creative storyboard to the production and creation of the video at every stage.
The aim is to engage consumers and inspire them to reserve their own personalized experience with a coffee expert.
The story is built around emotional, warm and evocative images that appealed to the senses with a sequence of saturated colors, poetic fade-outs and slow-motion effects. Wide-angle images and striking close-ups accompanied the different moments of the art of tasting in a fluid and revealing way.
